- Terms are "Net Thirty (30) Days" on pre-approved accounts.
- Lee Transport reserves the right, without notice, to change prices, price discounts, specifications, or construction, and to obsolete or discontinue the manufacture of any product.
- Orders returned must be sent back to Lee Transport Equipment, 1300 Bluff Road, Columbia, SC 29201, freight prepaid, and are subject to a restocking charge of 10% for parts and equipment.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Returns must be pre-authorized by Lee Transport Equipment and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- We ship to the 48 continuous United States only. We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.
- All orders received will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order.
Prior authorization from Lee Transport's Sales/Customer Service Department is required for the return of any parts or equipment. Authorization may be obtained by contacting Lee Transport Customer Service.
